After a month and a half of levelling and taking our time to experience the contents and new dungeons of The Burning Crusade, Covenant has set its foot in Karazhan. Last weeks reset was concluded with the downing of The Curator, so we are already progressing nicely. So watch this space for further updates on Covenant's progress in Karazhan.

Last week began well for Covenant with our first boss down in Karazhan; Attumen the Huntsman was slain by a team of our entrepid raiders.

And so it was that at the appointed hour, those accursed gates were opened. The Dark Portal was breached and we awaited the first of the Felsworn to come pouring through. Then we went back to Ironforge for ale and wenching because nothing happened! Yes folks, the opening of the Dark Portal was a bit of a non-event for most of us, but we can tell our grandchildren, “We were there”.

Today is a monumental day in the history of Covenant, we have been together now for a whole year, and much has been achieved in that time.

Fantastic progress, good friends and fun times have been had by all.

Yet another milestone in the history of Covenant was reached Tuesday night with the slaying of Nefarian, son of Deathwing, leader of the Black Dragonflight.

We managed to down him on the second night of proper attempts and on the first where we got to stage 2 after a change of tactics. A huge accomplishment and a big congratulations to Covenant!

In the early hours of this morning, a brave band of souls ventured forth into deepest Silithus, where the terrifying Thunderaan was summoned and defeated, gifting our beloved tank Threat with his very own

Thanks to everyone who helped us kill the boss, and to all those people who farmed all the materials we needed to make it.

Another milestone in Covenant's progress through the dreaded Blackwing Lair was reached yesterday as Chromaggus, the baddest dog in Azeroth was finally put to sleep by 40 of our finest.

The breaths were Timelapse/Incinerate but we took him down on our 3rd proper attempt nonetheless.

Inside our Arbiter brings the tale of our horrific battle against the two-headed monster.

Our resident combat reporter Mithalder returns once again with tales from the lair of the Black Dragonflight. This time he tells the tale of Covenants encounter with several of Nefarions drakes within the very halls of Blackrock Mountain.

A double update for you today readers and my apologies for not updating sooner; but I had this strange dream where I was a Warlock paying out some ridiculous sums of gold for a pile of sparkly dust somewhere in Felwood, along with Black Dragon scales and some Dark Iron ore.

Today, the final pieces were gathered, we fought our way to the heart of the stronghold of the Dark Iron dwarves, and from the power of our vanquished foes we created a most potent force to be reckoned with!

Another reset, and another week of impressive progress for Covenant, with all the three drakes down in one week! Although Firemaw was a bit of a pain initially, once we got the positioning down it was a pretty straightforward fight and the two others followed quickly thereafter.
